What happens after you order
- You send the order form with your site's address.
- Within one business day we reply with a migration plan: either we move your existing WordPress site with a migration tool, or we set up a fresh install.
- You point your domain at the new site, or we manage the DNS change for you.
- Billing starts on the day the site goes live, monthly or annual.
What we do not promise yet
No uptime percentage and no service credits. We publish what we measure. A rehearsed restore time is on the list and will appear on this page as a number when it exists.
